REPRESS Trial

Participants are randomised equally to early PCSK9 inhibitor therapy plus moderate-intensity statin therapy or guideline-directed medical therapy. REPRESS tests whether adding an early PCSK9 inhibitor to moderate-intensity statin therapy stabilises non-culprit coronary plaques after acute coronary syndrome.
