The throw is executed by driving through the torso rotation as hard as possible toward the wall or rebounder. The execution follows a continuous rhythm of throw, catch, throw, catch while maintaining the split stance throughout. The drill can be performed against a wall, a rebounder, or any firm rebounding surface positioned at an appropriate angle. After releasing the throw, the athlete catches the rebound without losing the lower body position, then immediately throws again. The drill is performed against a rebounder or a wall. The drill trains frontal plane stability and rotational power simultaneously.
