The study population includes consenting people identified through records, health workers, or household interviews who self-report missing five consecutive MDA rounds. Children younger than 2 years and seriously ill or bedridden individuals will be excluded. Enumeration starts with village-wise MDA registers maintained by ASHAs and ANMs. If an entire family is never treated, all family members older than 2 years will be screened.
