Participants were divided into five SBP-TTR categories based on the percentage of time in range. SBP-TTR was defined as the proportion of time systolic blood pressure stayed within a specified target range during the exposure period. The main SBP-TTR target range was 120-140 mm Hg, while a stricter 110-130 mm Hg range was tested in sensitivity analysis. SBP-TTR was calculated using linear interpolation between consecutive blood pressure measurements.
