Scar Care

Treatments that reduce visible scar appearance are also described as improving signal properties. Cold laser therapy is presented as a useful addition to scar treatment, especially when combined with oils. Scar-care oil should be applied in a small amount and rubbed into the scarred tissue. Rubbing oil into a scar is therapeutic partly because it activates skin receptors. Topical oils are described as generally useful for scar care, but the exact oil is not the main factor for most people. The main goal of scar treatment is to reduce signal interference rather than only improve appearance.
