The study will use forward citation searching through Google Scholar and Scopus up to December 31, 2025. Student volunteers must complete training and achieve 95% accuracy before formal data collection. Candidate documents will undergo title and abstract screening followed by independent full-text review. Data extraction covers guideline baseline characteristics, recommendation-level evidence, and recommendation details. The investigators do not plan to search Guidelines International Network or TRIP because prior work found Google Scholar and Scopus identified most clinical practice guidelines.
