Search and Eligibility Criteria

Grey literature will be excluded to keep methodological reporting and data extraction consistent, despite potentially useful technical or implementation information. Databases to be searched include PubMed/MEDLINE, Embase, Scopus, CINAHL Plus, Sociological Abstracts, and ProQuest Dissertations and Theses Global.
