A specialist IPC reviewer searches grey literature for unpublished or non-indexed evidence. Qualitative studies and narrative literature reviews are excluded. The search covers studies published from 1 January 2009 to 1 January 2026. The protocol searches CINAHL, Medline, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane using Boolean operators. The PICO-T structure defines the review's inclusion and exclusion criteria. Eligible populations are patients and residents in healthcare settings where CRGNB IPC measures are applied.
