Thirty-day mortality was rare and comparable between patients with and without preoperative COVID-19. Postoperative length of stay did not differ significantly after adjustment. In-hospital length of stay did not differ significantly after adjustment. The secondary outcomes were length of hospital stay, postoperative length of stay, 30-day reoperation, and 30-day mortality. After IPTW adjustment, preoperative COVID-19 was not significantly associated with hospital stay, reoperation, or mortality.
