Seminar Teaching Format

The seminar provided a printed manual rather than only a PDF, making it easier to take notes during the course. Saturday started later and ran longer, while Sunday started earlier and finished earlier, making the weekend feel well balanced. The teaching format was described as one of the strongest parts of the seminar. The manual was sparse, which was considered useful because it served as an outline with room for personal notes. Moving between technical instruction, physical practice, and short lectures made the class easier to follow and the experience enjoyable.
