The largest drivers of incremental QALYs were NORS coverage, overdose risk, and fatal overdose risk after unwitnessed overdose. The regression-based classification results overlapped with logistic regression comparators. Extraction cost and conservative management cost had smaller impacts than antibiotic failure rate. The regression models were also evaluated as classifiers because few prior studies predict continuous outcomes. Changing the post-crisis productivity impact for avoided attempts from 6 to 24 months moved the SROI from 3.62 to 6.99. The GP visit location sub-analysis found similar in-office increases but much larger virtual visit growth for First Nations participants. Homeostatic clustering produced four functional modules spanning ER-Golgi-nuclear-cytoplasmic reactions, outer-membrane composition, lysosomal degradation, and inner-membrane balance. NORS remained cost-effective or cost-saving up to C$450 per call when service usage did not increase. The LDH regression model achieved AUC 0.82 and the LSS regression model achieved AUC 0.72 for classifying surgical success. Most probabilistic sensitivity analysis results showed early extraction as cheaper and more effecti…
