The largest drivers of incremental QALYs were NORS coverage, overdose risk, and fatal overdose risk after unwitnessed overdose. The regression-based classification results overlapped with logistic regression comparators. Extraction cost and conservative management cost had smaller impacts than antibiotic failure rate. The regression models were also evaluated as classifiers because few prior studies predict continuous outcomes. Changing the post-crisis productivity impact for avoided attempts from 6 to 24 months moved the SROI from 3.62 to 6.99.
