The Simple App was developed by Resolve to Save Lives and introduced to Bangladesh with the National Heart Foundation. The Simple App records registration details, blood pressure, glucose, medication, follow-up, and referral information. The Simple App is used in rural PHC facilities across 25 districts under MoHFW supervision.
