Simulated Patient Survival

Simulated survival was more strongly linked to senior physician adaptability and team adaptation than to delegation frequency. Delegation score itself was not significantly associated with survival outcomes. Survival outcomes were more closely tied to senior physician adaptation and overall team adaptation. Team performance was assessed partly through estimated simulated patient survival.
