Somalia Demographic and Health Survey

The survey used multistage stratified cluster sampling with different designs for urban, rural, and nomadic areas. Eight strata were excluded from the survey because of security constraints, leaving 47 strata in the final sampling design. The study used a cross-sectional design based on the 2020 Somalia Demographic and Health Survey.
