Entomological data are georeferenced and integrated with spatial layers including climate and land-use data. Land use and land cover data on vegetation, water bodies, urbanisation, and agriculture are drawn from publicly available Landsat and Sentinel satellite datasets and processed with ArcGIS and QGIS. The spatiotemporal analysis integrates both retrospective data from government health and meteorological archives and prospective monthly climatic measurements from local stations and satellite remote sensing. Moran's I and Getis-Ord Gi* statistics are used to identify malaria transmission clusters and hotspots.
