Palliative medicine clinicians maintained stable or increased engagement after in-person prompting was withdrawn. Oncology clinicians viewed serious illness conversations as valuable but showed declining engagement after in-person prompting was withdrawn. Outpatient cardiology was the weakest fit for the programme, with cardiologists citing time constraints and patient stability or unreadiness. Supportive Care Nurses appeared to be a strong fit for serious illness conversation delivery.
