Stone-free status is defined as no residual stone or residual fragments no larger than 2 mm on low-dose CT. Low-dose CT within 24 hours after surgery is used to assess immediate stone-free status. Patients who are not stone-free at 24 hours undergo repeat low-dose CT at 1 month. Secondary outcomes include immediate and 1-month stone-free rates.
