Sunflower Seeds

Salted sunflower seeds are recommended over unsalted for extra flavor. Salted sunflower seeds are used as a coating by rolling the fat bomb balls in them. Sunflower seeds are among the seeds most susceptible to oil oxidation after grinding. Sunflower seeds are often sold pre-ground in plastic bags.
