Swallowing Form

The tongue should stay in contact with the roof of the mouth during the swallow. Proper form involves minimal movement in the face and neck. A small sip should be taken before placing the tongue on the roof of the mouth and swallowing. The swallow should be performed while smiling and keeping the face and neck relaxed.
