The protocol describes a planned systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials in adults with HFpEF. Only randomized controlled trials published in English or Chinese will be included. The review will search major English and Chinese databases from inception to 14 February 2026. Network meta-analysis will use a Bayesian framework with MCMC methods in ADDIS and Stata. Three network analyses are planned to address transitivity concerns across lifestyle, device-based, and full intervention networks.
