Systems Change Evaluation

WP3 studies system-level mechanisms linking Co-STARS to improved access and outcomes for Black young people. The systems map is developed through a workshop, a modified two-stage Delphi survey and interviews. West Midlands Police data will be used as an example to examine Section 136 Mental Health Act detentions among Black males.
