People living with HIV benefited from adherence clubs, peer support groups, disclosure counselling, and ART adherence support. MSM benefited from tailored peer-led education, HIVST distribution, stigma-reduction counselling, and digital peer support. Adolescents and young people benefited from youth-centred peer support, sports-based engagement, vocational training, and peer mentorship. Peer interventions for MSM addressed discrimination, confidentiality concerns, and fear of disclosure. Highly mobile populations such as truck drivers were included in the evidence base but remained under-studied. Fishermen and fishing communities were reached through occupationally tailored outreach that accounted for mobility, risk environments, and work schedules.
