Team Effectiveness

The study grouped mediators of effectiveness into attitudes, behaviours, and cognitions. Team functioning includes both taskwork and teamwork. The study framed team effectiveness as performance outcomes, daily functioning, and viability. Effectiveness in multiteam systems depends on both component-team functioning and cross-system functioning.
