Delegation relevance correlated with expert-rated adaptation and self-reported engagement and cohesion. Delegation appeared to support morale, cohesion, engagement and adaptive functioning rather than directly predicting survival. Delegation occurrence aligned more with adaptability, engagement and cohesion than with direct clinical outcomes. The study evaluated whether delegation was associated with resilience indicators such as engagement, satisfaction and cohesion.
