Technology Proficiency in Children

Many children today are highly proficient with digital devices like iPads and iPhones while lacking practical work skills. Children learn technology quickly because of their inherent intelligence, not because of any special achievement. Children's proficiency with technology should not be viewed as a meaningful accomplishment.
