Test-Retest Reasoning

Improvement in the proxy movement and client perception can guide programming without hands-on measures. The value of remote tests depends on consistency, relevance to the assessor’s model, and responsiveness to intervention. Remote assessment uses a loop of selecting a proxy, observing a limitation, intervening, and retesting the same proxy. The same proxy test becomes a baseline and retest marker after intervention.
