TMB was a randomized controlled superiority trial conducted at Sainte-Justine Hospital Center and registered on ClinicalTrials.gov. The coaching arm added weekly scripted telephone calls intended to support engagement and coping strategy use. TMB content includes CBT, third-wave CBT, psychoeducation, and COVID-19-related materials. The program used 10 online modules based on cognitive-behavioral therapy principles to support mental health and well-being among current and future parents. TMB includes 10 modules for an expectant mother and a chosen partner that participants could complete in any order. TMB was adapted from the US Mothers & Babies programme. TMB is a web-based secondary prevention programme for postpartum depression delivered during pregnancy with an accompanying paper workbook. TMB enrolled French-speaking pregnant women in their second trimester who were at risk for clinical depression based on EPDS scores of 9 to 16. TMB was implemented after the trial as a free self-help programme across Quebec.
