Towel-Assisted Hip Hinge Drill

The towel or a similar object is placed between the knees and held there throughout the entire movement. The drill requires gripping the towel with the index finger and thumb of the right hand. The towel acts as a tactile prop to establish correct hand and knee positioning during the drill.
