Most respondents considered available information and referral tools insufficient. The study concludes that pharmacy staff need targeted training, reference tools, referral pathways, confidential consultation options, and non-stigmatizing communication strategies. Training should cover definitions, substances, administration routes, interactions, counselling, screening, and referrals. Professional training was the most frequently proposed lever for better chemsex care. Pharmacy involvement should respond to behavioral and clinical cues rather than patient identity.
