Previous Spanish contextualisation work included translation, school piloting, and identification of educational resources supporting health-related critical thinking. The selected questions were translated in February and March 2022 by eight translators. The translation preserved original meaning and did not make contextual adaptations. The translation process used forward translation, reconciliation, backward translation, and comparison with the original English version. The iCLAIM Test was part of broader work to adapt IHC resources for Spanish primary school children.
