Oral corticosteroids were the most frequently used pharmacological therapy after progression. Non-biologic DMARDs were the second most common drug class after progression. The findings showed high corticosteroid reliance and comparatively limited use of disease-modifying therapies and antifibrotics after progression. During full follow-up, 83.0% of patients received at least one SARD-ILD-related pharmacological treatment of interest. Antifibrotic treatment was uncommon after progression.
