Urine Color

Slightly straw or pale yellow urine indicates normal, well-hydrated status. Very dark urine may indicate a liver issue rather than dehydration. Clear or colorless urine indicates over-dilution from too much water. Aiming for clear urine causes unnecessary over-hydration. Foamy urine may indicate a kidney problem or excess protein intake.
