Effort expectancy from UTAUT2 is operationalised through intuitive navigation and a simple interface design. Hedonic motivation from UTAUT2 is addressed through gamification, achievement rewards, and challenges within the app. The social influence construct from UTAUT2 is implemented through peer-sharing features and support forums in the application. Habit and behavioural intention are supported through personalised motivational messages within the app.
