Echocardiographic parameters were largely stable over time. NT-proBNP levels did not correlate with CMR-derived dimensions or volumes. No true pulmonary hypertension was identified. In CMR findings, 42% of patients had right ventricular ejection fraction below 45%. Fourteen patients had impaired right ventricular function on echocardiography. Right ventricular fractional area change modestly declined during the last 10 years without clinical deterioration.
