Vertigo

BPPV can usually resolve within 24 to 48 hours when correctly managed. The vitamin D, K2, and magnesium protocol can prevent vertigo recurrence by restoring the endolymph's ability to dissolve and reabsorb crystals. The conventional medical path of surgery or repositioning exercises addresses crystal displacement but not the underlying reason crystals become dislodged. People with vertigo have higher concentrations of calcium in their endolymph compared to people without vertigo. Vertigo produces intense nausea and a destabilising loss of spatial awareness in addition to a spinning sensation. Crystals that migrate into the semicircular canals send false motion signals to the brain with every head movement, causing the spinning sensation. BPPV is described as the most common cause of peripheral vertigo. Posterior canal BPPV accounts for most BPPV cases.
