Workforce Data Catalogue

Quantitative analyses will describe workforce datasets, workforce challenges, and sustainability. Planned analyses include workforce numbers, vacancies, turnover, skill mix, workforce distribution, sickness absence, well-being indicators, and links to service performance. The workforce data catalogue will record data origin, variables, update frequency, access conditions, type, and format. Potential workforce data sources include UK national workforce and emergency care datasets and reports. Study 2 asks what urgent and emergency care workforce data are available in the UK and what temporal trends exist in key workforce metrics.
