WxFlow uses coarse precipitation and high-resolution elevation as inputs to generate fine-scale precipitation detail absent from 64 km forcing. WxFlow learns a conditional generative surrogate for WRF-like high-resolution precipitation fields. WxFlow is intended for calibrated probabilistic downscaling rather than only deterministic super-resolution.
