Yarning

Yarning is a validated data collection method that produces contextually rich data in a relaxed and safe environment. Qualitative yarning data is inductively coded in NVivo software using a constructivist approach to grounded theory, with themes compared across time points. Yarning is a process of mutual story sharing that demands relationships of reciprocity and accountability between participants and researchers. Yarning is the primary qualitative data collection approach in this study.
